Our history

Since 1999, CLAIM has been using alternative methodology to animal testing. CLAIM performs a series of clinical tests together with bioengineering methodology in a non-invasive way as well as sensory evaluations, in order to verify the safety and/or efficacy of the tested products. For more than 20 years, we have been expanding to other fields of services such as toilet products, dietary supplements, topic pharmaceutic products, among others.

 

Our staff its conformed by in house and subcontracted professionals and technicians of different specialties such as: biochemistry, dermatology, gynaecology, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, paediatrics, psychology, pharmacy, statistics, whom are continuously trained in order to offer excellence tests.

 

In 2009 CLAIM has inaugurated an institutional ethics committee, integrated by professionals of different fields such as, medicine, philosophy, psychology, law and teaching. This committee allows to endorse with more reliability the informed consents given to our panelists once they decide to participate in our tests.

 

The tests are conducted following the Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and the Helsinki declaration (1964) and its amendments made in Tokyo (1975), Venice (1983), Hong Kong (1989),  Seoul (2008) and Fortaleza (2013).

 

In CLAIM we believe that one of the principal ingredients that make our company successful is the human capital. The success resides in the capacity of the team to innovate and improve. For this reason, CLAIM's staff collaborates actively with national and  private universities, supporting research projects that are presented in national and international congresses of our field.

 

Our protocols have been accepted by the health authorities of different countries. For this reason, every day more companies trust in our services in order to claim their product's attributes.
